I was just cleaning out drafts I’d long forgotten and came across this half-written blog post. I’m not sure what happened but I thought it was worth sharing…

I caught a glimpse of Blake’s Hotel in London on Man Shops World a few weeks ago, and I had to check it out online. It’s not outrageously expensive (rooms start at 175 pounds), and it just looks like so much fun. Here are a few room shots, in order from serene to “how could anyone possibly ever fall asleep in there?” The hotel is owned by Anouska Hempel, who is also the designer.
