OK, so we’ve been over great desks, chairs and lamps for homework time. As the school year ramps up, you may find your kiddo is missing some key accessories, tools or places to keep organized. Here are some of our favorite offerings. filing-cabinet-no1-modern-filing-cabinet-grass_1-1

Blu Dot File Cabinet No. 1. One of the many things we love about Blu Dot is that many of their items have a playful spirit that both kids and adults appreciate. The brilliant grasshopper green of this file cabinet is a prime example. We also appreciate that the wheels make it easy to roll around and that it combines two regular drawers with a file drawer.

ferm LIVING Smoked Oak Organizer. Speaking of drawers, help keep all of those bits and bobs easy to find with this clever piece. Use it as a drawer organizer or on the desk top.

ANYTHING Scissors — Orange. Scissors can get lost in the shuffle, especially in a drawer. Keep a family pair mounted right on a desk or tabletop. The bright color and base make them even easier to keep track of. Same goes for the tape dispenser and stapler.

Blu Dot 2d:3d Wall Mount Magazine Rack. Keeping track of school folders, printouts, books, permission slips and other school paperwork is tricky. Having a place to keep it all organized is key. Mount this rack to help keep it all in order.

Danese Milano In Attesa Waste Paper Basket. Well, let’s change up our thought process assume that the literal “waste paper” makes this a recycling bin for paper. The slanted shape makes trying to score two points with a ball of paper more of a challenge.

David Weeks Cubebot. Cubebot is the most important homework station accessory. He keeps worker bees company and they can change his shape and solve the puzzle of how to turn him back into a cube when they need a little mental break.
