There’s a certain person on your shopping list who is usually pretty easy to buy for — the animal lover. But let’s face it, lots of pet products don’t put aesthetics on the priority list. While form follows function for the pet products we curate at Design Public, we know you care about style too. Why can’t a litter box be stylish? Why can’t your favorite chickadees enjoy some mid-century mod-inspired room and board.
Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite pet and pet-related products for those animal lovers in your life. And yes, the birds you feed in the backyard count. Pet Gifts

ModKat in Action

While not all that concerned with style, Hollywood cat Madison the cat is very happy with the new ModKat box his ‘rents Melissa and Jay bought for him. Because of its rooftop entry design, there are no longer any stray pieces of litter to step in, thank goodness, because let’s face it, that is gross.

Madison’s happy papa Jay reports “I am a very stylish person, as is my wife and my house.  Our cat is not, but she does need a quality litter box that plays its part in our excellent life.  If you live a modern life, regardless of whether you have a modern cat, you need a ModKat.  We love it!”

Learn more about ModKat and watch a video about how it works. It comes in a range of cool colors that will make you forget all about what its yucky contents are.

Thanks so much to Jay, Melissa and Madison for sharing their picture and love of their ModKat with us. We’d love it if you’d share your Design Public goodies in action too!
