Organization Wedesday: The Wrapping Closet

I just realized that when read aloud, the post title above makes it sound a little like the closet is a member of The Geto Boyz or something. Anyway, a few months ago some girlfriends and I headed down to Senoia Georgia to check out The Southern Living Idea House. When I look around my mess of a house and think about how I have no idea whom I’ve bought presents for and if I have, where in the world they are, I wonder if I’d be in better shape if I had an entire wrapping closet. This is pretty impressive:

Seriously, who has this kind of space?

By the way, the house was really fun. My pictures are don’t do it justice, but I’ll try and share some or scan the brochure when I have time, after I figure out where that wrapping paper I bought in bulk at IKEA five years ago and the Scotch tape are…

By the way, the house is still open for the next few days (through December 12). I highly recommend going to lunch at The Redneck Cafe, and be sure to order the fried pickles! More information about visiting the idea house is here.

I am a huge fan of organized closets! Ikea is a great place to customize your living space at an affordable price…only problem is getting home all excited with 10 boxes then realizing…ohh I have to spend another 6 hours assembling it all! Anyways still worth every minute once it’s all up and organized.
