Update: We have a winner — Brieanne from San Francisco! Congrats!

Attention moms and moms-to-be. Okay, this pertains to some of you gents as well. Here’s a chance to win something fashionable, chic and practical: A Petunia Pickle Bottom Scout Walkabout Carrier! Have a look:

Petunia Pickle Bottom Scout Carrier -- Enter to win!

Yup, this thing is pretty neat. I could see myself donning this for a Sunday morning stroll through the West Village…Café Americano in one hand, NY Times (or something sophisticated like the Davinci Code) in the other, and my Mini-me out riding point man. Just like the picture…

Petunia Pickle Bottom Scout Giveaway

Now, considering the fact I don’t actually have a “baby”, a “girlfriend” (no prospects either ha ha –  laughter slowly giving way to tears here), I figured it best to give this to someone who could use it: You.

How to Enter:

Just take a gander at Petunia Pickle Bottom’s collection and leave us a comment below with your favorite. Or, tweet your favorite with #DPLUVSME and you’ll be entered as well. Feel free to change up the language on the tweet if you don’t want to clobber your followers with the promo, but make sure you tweet with #DPLUVSME so we can find you.

Good luck, we’ll draw a random winner this coming Wednesday, November 3rd 2010 at noon EST.

N.B. Winners will be chosen at random and contacted via email or DM (Read: make sure we can contact you at the email address provided. You only need to enter once, multiple comments and tweets will be discarded.)

That’s it… I am having another child just so I can have one of these! Love the orange/olive but I would probably buy the grey with lime/black lining because most of my wardrobe leans in this direction. The pattern fabrics are wonderful – but unless I can afford to buy 5 different styles to match my mood – I will stick with the neutrals. And – YEAH – slings too!

I love how easy and stylish the Petunia products are. Perfect for modern families who want to look cool without looking like they thought about it.

I have always loved Petunia Pickle Bottom. I first fell in love with their products when I found out I was pregnant with my first child. We are now pregnant with our second and unfortunately, I am still not an owner of any Petunia Pickle Bottom products. We are still coming out of the poor student phase of our lives. I love all the carriers and slings, but my favorite PPB product is the “Petunia Pickle Bottom Bags and Clutches Boxy Backpack – Dancing in Dublin Pattern.” I have admired that bag for almost 4 years now.
I would love to win this darling Scout Carrier and could definitely use it when I have two little ones to keep track of.

I really love the two felt Scott Walkabouts. It’s perfect for the New England fall and winter — and really, the early stages of Spring, too. The wool is rugged and warm, but also very urban looking. Bravo! Sign me up!

My absoulute favorite would most definitly be the Cake Cosmopolitan Carryall™ in Pistachio Cake. I know that is not the color that you currently offer, but I saw a mother carrying it around the other day and I fell in love with her bag. It was stylish, functional, modern, and earthy. When I came home I imediatly tried looking it up on the computer and found out “Cake” was made by Petunia Pickle Bottom. The other colors I would like now looking at the website and whats availible would have to be Juniper Berry Crumb Cake, or the Buttercream Cake. My husband is a stylish young father and this would complete our style. I would love to see a matching bag to this Walkabout Baby Carrier, I am a big fan of orange! Dad could carry baby Cristian and I could carry the bag, I’m loving the idea,I hope you pick me!

Expecting our first baby in March and would jump up and down with happiness to have any of these bags. My favorite: the scout walkabout in grey/lime. Crossing my fingers that I’ll be picked

I LOVE the Olive Pattern Journey Pack. It’s so refreshing to see a baby bag that looks absolutely nothing like one.

Our favorite is the Petunia Pickle Bottom Scout Walkabout – Grey Felt W/ Black & Lime – love the color and love that kids can face forwards or backwards – so much cooler than the competition! Would work for both my husband and I…

I have a 2 month old little girl who would love to take strolls around NYC with mom or dad in the scout walkabout brown/orange. So much cooler than a baby bjorn!

I’m stocking up on supplies for my little sister’s first, due next spring. We plan to defy tradition and do all blue even though she’s expecting a little girl. The obvious favorite is Petunia Pickle Bottom Scout Sightseer Carrier – Voyage to the Amalfi Coast .

Can’t decide between Expressway to Edinburgh and the Grey Felt with Black/Lime liner. Sure would love to give birth and carry this baby on my shoulders/back instead of ALL in my belly. Just one more month to go! Winning it now would be perfect for my December delivery. . . . Love you guys Design Public!

The journey pack is the favorite pick for my husband. Cool enough even to throw in his favorite toy (his iPad) along with the baby’s! The scout walkabout would be great for us both. By far the most stylish carrier I’ve found.
