At $2 million this is certainly overpriced. And what’s special about something that looks like a garden shed!!.
Flat roofs do not work in most parts of the world -unless you have a very sunny climate.
Most everyone cold design a box – and one that has no inspiration at all.
Sorry ,but this is not an example of .good archtecture.
