I don’t know about the snakes, but the house is GORGEOUS! And for $135K? Makes me want to move to Ohio right now.

I really hope that this house is bought by someone who appreciates all the thought that went into the design. I wish I were the right person to buy it because, even with the structural damage and recent vandalism, it still seems amazing, and the price is unbelievable.

Oh I know! Even for suburban Cincinnati, $135K is a total steal – isn’t that about $800/month on a 30 year mortgage? I don’t know anyone whose rent is that reasonable. In spite of the snakes, the woods there are beautiful. I can’t wait to try and see this when I’m home for my 20 year reunion in July.
