I am no architecture analyst either but I can say that I'm lovin this house. The second floor on the right side definitely reminds me of a shipping container as well, but I love that it stands out as one of the few elements of the house like that. I'm also really interested by their use of lighting such as by the main entrance and towards the left outdoors by the tree.
