Modern Reflection

I’m loving this spread from Wallpaper*. Editor-at-Large Michael Reynolds decided to reflect the landscape of the American West via polished metal. I wonder if he got the idea from that naked teapot eBay guy? According to snopes.com, the phenomenon when not-so-shy folks in the reflection are in the buff is called “Reflectoporn.” What do you call The Grand Canyon reflected in a Georg Jenson teapot or a Ralph Lauren tray? Ralph is probably kicking himself that he didn’t think of this for a marketing campaign – I can see it now – a big tray reflecting a woman on a horse carrying a Ricky Bag and an American flag.
