Tax Time
That used to be my dining room. I’m even violating my own biggest neurotic rule, which is no liquids near the laptop. There are three different ones there. Below, this used to be my kitchen nook:
For all of my stupid “get organized!” resolutions, especially the ones I made regarding fiscal year 2007 at this time last year, this is what’s happened to my home at tax time. If you’ve got a cluttered mess going on, I hope me outing myself makes you feel better!

No liquids near the laptop? You have a lot more willpower than I do!
You probably also have a lot fewer keyboard crumbs, too.

Kit, I am simply too klutzy to keep them next to the keyboard, a liquid electronic disaster will inevitably result!

I love having Quickbooks and an accountant! Makes my life much easier.

Tanna, the sad thing is, this is me just getting the stuff ready for the accountant. I can’t imagine what it would look like if I actually did my own taxes!
