Color Inspiration from Hula Seventy
Do you ever have the design blahs, when you are feeling totally uninspired and nothing seems to jump-start you? Whenever I feel that way, I click over to Hula Seventy’s blog, and then I want to put on my sneakers and start observing the world around me with new eyes. We here in Atlanta lost her to Portland some months ago, but the upside is being able to see all her photographs of a new scene.

For the last week or so, she’s been concentrating on color, here’s a quick taste. For more of her photos, check her out on flickr.

oh how fun! I am all about finding new blogs that jar me from my usual way of thinking. The images are graphic, bold and even a bit mysterious. Thanks for the infision of creativity in my morning!

Too funny. I first bought some glasses from her at Kudzu. Then I was trying to figure out who did the mural at Victory Vintage and found Ward. Then I found her blog through him and realized she was my favorite antique vendor at Kudzu. Small world! It’s funny when you realized you’ve met a blogger “in real life.”
They are both so creative. Atlanta lost a lot of creativity when they moved away!
