More Garden Shed Fun – A Contest!
Posted on June 12th, 2007 by Becky
Thanks to Uncle Wilco for letting me know about a garden Shed of the Year Contest in the U.K.! These are really fun to look through – I am having trouble deciding which one to vote for, but here are some stand-outs:
Charming Green and White Stripes:
Looks like a home away from home:
The British really know how to work the Kelly Green:
The clubhouse fort we always dreamed of as a kids (no boys allowed!):
One Room with a View:
I don’t know which is more striking – the steel or the alliums. They certainly look great together:
A funky artist’s studio:
Very Inviting:
Serious Shed Site Planning!:
Camouflaged:
Lovely in its simplicity:
No fear of color here:

I call this one “The Marriage-Saver”:
This one survived Katrina. I love the simplicity of this Southern vernacular architecture:
WOWZAH! This one gets two shots:
OK, I have to stop perusing these so that Richard can get rid of my gray hair now. I literally could peruse these for hours on end. Do you have a favorite? There are hundreds more on the site – let us know which one is your favorite, and don’t forget to vote!
