1. I never knew anything about this amazing FLW house in Idaho. It is called Teater’s Knoll, and it was commissioned at the end of his career. There is a great article by Henry Whiting II all about it over at jetsetmodern (via Prairie Mod).
2. Somehow I missed this article in The New York Times full of musings about the glass house from those who had spent time there with Philip Johnson. Here is one of the views from the inside, taken by Tod Heisler, and one of Andy Warhol enjoying the view, from the archives:
