So sorry I’ve been M.I.A. the past few days with posts. My friends asked me to the beach, and then I decided to be responsible and catch up on work before I.C.F.F. next weekend and skip it, and then Alex emailed me this:
So now I’m on the Gulf playing hookey and now stealing some neighbor’s wireless connection with about one bar working. Anyway, I wanted to say a big thank you to Vanessa over at Turquoise for helping me with ideas for my sad Paul McCobb chair in her “Design 911″ column.
I also want to let you know about a new favorite artist of mine, Sandra Meyer. I met Sandra and her family about a year ago and I’m so inspired by how she is able to paint while her 3 year old son naps and create such beautiful work. Here’s just one example:

Yup. I can’t remember if I paid $10 or $15 for it, but currently it’s a hot mess.
