I cracked up at an early Domino feature about ubiquitous objects like The Cabinet of Natural Curiousities, birch logs, etc. What are the latest popular objects? Can we turn it into a drinking game? Take a big swig of Cab everytime you see:

A design drinking game…just in time for St. Pats! I think you’d be well into your first beer just walking into my room haha.

I love the driftwood lamp. It matches my drifwood mirror perfectly!

You get extra points if you can combine all elements in one room. Triple extra points if that room is the bathroom.

Jo & Matt me too, though I wish I could afford Hermes and C. Jere. I can’t even afford the Hermes box!

Drew – I don’t know if I want Foo Dogs in the can!

Danielle – I just bought a driftwood lamp too – keep searching eBay if you want one, because pretty soon they’ll all be $900+ like they are at Pieces in Atlanta!

Hee! I would suggest that some items should come with an exemption based on locale/lifestyle. Driftwood in a beach cottage, antlers in a hunting lodge, you get the idea.
