This week’s flickr photo of the week is called “taxi!”Â This photo just made me smile.Â First, I LOVE Taxicab Yellow.Â Second, I can see the exhaust as the cab takes off over the manhole.Â Third, I can just see this lone glove, not attached to any hand, magically hailing a cab (although apparently there was an unhappy ending; some jerk stole the cab and mowed over Glovey and left her in the street to be flattened).Â Fourth, the members who took it have an entire set called Lonely Gloves.Â It’s such a fun collection, and I’m thinking there should be a new flickr group for lonely gloves.
