As I got my daily dose of sfgirlbybay today, I started clicking around all of her fantastic links and came across a new art and design blog. Who could resist clicking on a name like pinkshirtsandcarwrecks?! It’s the best name I’ve seen in awhile, and it was created by Libby in Minneapolis who describes her blog as “a *very new* weblog started to get all my art stuff together. also to share and talk about design/art/life related things i dig. also to record the general goings on. also to get jiggy with it.”
I was suckered in as soon as I saw a reference to Robert McClusky’s One Morning in Maine, one of my all time favorite books since I was a little girl. The photographer she found, Corey Arnold, caught my eye right away as well. Good luck Libby, you’re in my daily bookmarks!

Speaking of unusual blog names made me think of my friend’s blog – http://www.mooversandshakers.blogspot.com
She covers a lot of cool design products as well, but with a more lifestyle approach… fashion, home products, hotels, green design etc
