So, you never learn. Every year, you come up with that pesky list of New Year’s Resolutions – you are going to go to the gym regularly, or quit smoking, or keep in better touch with loved ones. Whatever – I do it too. I’m usually very disciplined for about three days. Well, here’s a good one – keep up with the yoga. I swear, I sleep better and feel better when I actually do it (yeah, I admit it, the last time I did was at least 6 months ago, but come January 1, you never know…)
