I know I have already let you know that I am obsessed with bridges. One of my favorite architects who designs beautiful bridges is Santiago Calatrava. With so many built projects and high profile projects on the drafting table, he seems to be getting even more press than Frank Gehry lately. Now through March 5, The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC is featuring his designs in an exhibit called “Santiago Calatrava: Sculpture into Architecture”. The exhibit features sculptures, drawings, and architectural models from the 2005 AIA Gold Medal winner.
