Fresh New Design: The Becca Stool

We started this company to do one thing –feature fresh new design from emerging designers. Our first new product? The Becca Stool by Oakland designer Anthony Marshak.
We met Anthony at a local show in the Mission district of San Francisco about six months ago. At the time, the Becca was a prototype; as of this month, it is in production. Hand-made entirely of bamboo, the stool is the most beautiful piece of furniture we’ve seen in a while.
The Becca is the first of a long line of ‘fresh new design’ that we will be presenting at Design Public. Starting during ICFF in mid-May, we will begin introducing other new lines every couple weeks or so throughout the year. All fresh, all new.
